As AI systems are becoming widespread, businesses must prioritize responsibility, ethics, and sustainability in their use of AI. This requires a comprehensive approach that incorporates ethical considerations into every stage of the AI development and deployment process, and includes best practices such as regular audits, clear ethical guidelines, and transparency and accountability to stakeholders. By prioritizing ethical AI, businesses can build trust, credibility, and long-term value with their stakeholders, while also contributing to a more sustainable and ethical future for AI and its impact on society.
This research projects aims to answer the questions of how to deploy ethical AI in organization in practice. To provide actionable guidance to organizations, the research team collected data from real world cases and interview participants. After the conduction of interviews and a review of ethical AI principles, the research will produce an article providing readers with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complex ethical considerations of AI and ensure that their organizations develop and deploy AI systems in a responsible, ethical, and sustainable manner. Additionally, such an article can help business leaders anticipate and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with AI, such as bias, privacy concerns, and public perception.
